MORE FROM GREENWAY
Thanks to all those people who said they enjoyed the "virtual trip" to Greenway. I will be going to Torquay next month and hope to see some of the Christie sites I missed on my last visit.
A few comments and thoughts about crime books set on the mainland of Europe, with titbits about real eurocrime. We hear so much about crime in the USA that many people imagine that Europe is a crime free zone. In crime fiction Europe has become a real challenger to the Americans, but unfortunately real life crime especially in Britain is increasing as well.

Oh, that livingroom? drawingroom? is just fantastic. I have certainly enjoyed all your posts and your wonderful pictures.
I'm looking forward to re-visiting Torquay with you Norman.
Am I right in thinking that Fawlty Towers was set in Torquay too?
there is an award for you at Splashed and Lovely
Thanks Dorte.
Thanks Kerrie. Fawlty Towers was indeed set in Torquay but I don't think the English Riviera tourist Board publicize that a lot :o).
Let me know when you are coming over and we will arrange a Torquay/Greenway tour. It is a bit like a management task as with the restricted opening hours and parking arrangements.
Thanks for the awards, that pink pretty one is not quite me but thanks anyway.:o)
Norman, I invite you to create your own award icon from your lovely photos :-)
