GETTING MEDIEVAL: THE WISDOM OF THE YOUNG


I realised I was getting older when I discussed my choice of Early Music to accompany my reading of the medieval mysteries Mistress of the Art of Death, and The Death Maze, by Ariana Franklin with my 10 year old granddaughter.


"Early music?? Oh you mean UB40!"

Very droll, Norm. I remember when my eldest daughter was about 2, and she prefaced a sentence with "In the olden days, mum, when you were young, had they invented electricity?"
