Was he a blonde? A blonde to make a bishop kick a hole in a stained glass window?
Yes, he learned his craft walking the mean streets of Dulwich College. Others who faced the dangers in that distinguished establishment are PG Wodehouse, AEW Mason [Four Feathers], CS Forester [The Gun], Tom Rob Smith [Child 44] and a certain bearded blogger.
Mind you I don't think he learned to seduce a duchess at Dulwich.
